Horrible service. I went to inquire about financing and got a very unhelpful and curt response. They also completely block the entrance to the store while all the employees huddle together and chat at a table way in the back. Save yourself a trip and go elsewhere.

Don't waste your time here, try a different Rogers store. Tried asking one of the service repsa few questions, it was literally like pulling teeth. My intention was to sign up with them. After that first impression, l decided to go with another provider, as l can only imagine how great the costumer service will be after l sign up. In addition, I'm not sure what kind of message Rogers is attempting to send when blocking the whole store to costumers while you have all three employees huddled together at one table.

Had a phone sent here for express pick up. I drive from Wallaceburg and they're closed. I'm so freaking angry.Negative stars!

This is the store you should avoid to go. Worst service. I went to validate my ID so that I can buy phone online and they refused to do it as they want to force me buy phone from their store.

Helena is amazing! She is so friendly and professional and has great knowledge of the products! She went above and beyond for me and I would HIGHlY recommend her to anyone looking for great service!

Very discouraged with serviceI needed to have my phone replaced due to water damage .I had very good service with Elizabeth she was patient and caring setting up my loaner phone .When I received my new phone it took them over 3 1/2 hours to set it up . I was shifted among three workers Louie and Jeff .Today I went back stating my email didn’t work . Loui said they were not trained to help with third party email . I had my previous phone for three years without problems . I said I just want my phone fixed . He said I was rude .I called Rogers spoke to three very helpful people . Andra was able to help in a matter of minutes . Thank you .As for the Tecumseh store very un professional Louie you are rude and need to develope better skills .

Amazing experience at Rodgers, with the help of the young lad Hussein, Helped me get a phone that suits my day to day needs thank you and very impressed the deals and the staff!
