Sights on Septic video inspection.

I am so pleased that I made the decision to call Sights on Septic. He really explained everything in a way I could understand. He is honest and forthright. I couldn’t recommend this company enough. 5 stars isn’t enough.

I hired Roy for a septic inspection on a home I was ready to purchase.Roy was amazing! He believed it to be very possible that 2 of the 3 systems could be faulty. Of course that was challenged by the sellers so they hired their own inspector. Low and behold, Roy was right! I highly recommend Roy. He is very knowledgeable and explains everything in detail. Roy did a camera inspection of our septic system and provided a USB drive with the complete inspection. He provided a written report and was very thorough in reviewing and explaining the inspection results. I would highly recommend his services!

To say that Roy went above and beyond is actually an understatement! We found ourselves in an emergency situation this week with our septic bed and he was available to come over to have a look right away. Upon arrival he advised that we needed to pump the system because the water was too full for him to be able to perform the inspection and actually be able to see anything. He waited with us and even made some calls himself to get us pumped out right away. Unfortunately we have a failing septic field and he was unable to get the camera down very far to see anything, which is completely out of his control. So he then offered to come back the next day and help with the snake we rented to see if we could get the water moving so he could see the issue. He was more than helpful and provided far above the services we paid for, he was so kind and actually cared about the situation we were in, he was so very genuine. I highly recommend him!

Roy saved us thousands on our new build!We built a new home and happened to be on-site the day an excavator was fixing the lawn. He was driving all over the septic field. The contractor suggested the excavation driver knew what he was doing so we didn't question it. We called Roy to double check and get a recommendation. He suggested an inspection before we take possession just incase there was damage to the brand new system.Sure enough, we had a cracked pipe. With Roy's camera system we could tell the contractor exactly where the crack was and send him a picture and video. The pipe was fixed at the excavation company's expense.Without Roy's expertise and high tech system we would have been out thousands to fix the pipe and field years down the road.We are forever grateful.I can't help but wonder how many others this is happening to without them even realizing it!?
