Stan went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our new mattress. Excellent customer service. He took the time to explain each mattress to us and didn't rush us into a purchase. I highly recommend Mattresses of Muskoka. We will never go anywhere else. The prices are fair and the quality of mattresses far exceed big name stores.

The saleswoman was so very friendly and helpful. We originally were just looking at prices but we went ahead and ordered a new mattress and also a Bamboo mattress cover. Totally recommend them. I feel bad that I don't remember her name but wanted to thank her again and also for sharing some of her herbal remedies.

Phoned down, left a voicemail and received a quick friendly call back from Joan advising what was available in stock for immediate pick-up. Not only did she have product on hand for us to take home but also display models to try out & assisted us in making our selection. Definitely worth the short drive to Bracebridge if a new mattress is what you need!! Also had a cool log bunkbed for sale, massage chair to try out - neat place!!

The salesman running the store was extremely rude when asked to properly cover his face after coughing all over and lost a $6,000 sale! Joan was very helpful over the phone, a shame I never got to meet her

After buying a mattress at Sleep Country (who's sales approach gave me the same dirty feeling I've had after getting pitched at a used car lot) I looked for a locally owned place with good reviews, good prices,and who actually cared about giving me the right mattress given my back problems.I found this and more here.After deep diving on my back issues (Dr.s out there could learn something), the gentleman working there got me to try at least 5 different mattresses and, believe it or not, recommended a cheaper mattress that was better for my back. Anyway, the customer service I had was pretty insane and so far so good with the mattress.

These gentlemen were absolutely lovely and very knowledgable. They made us feel welcomed and spoke to us as of we were friends which we appreciated very much.There was no song and dance like the big box stores and after visiting several of them we found ourselves driving all the way back to purchase from Stuart and Stan.Thanks fellas!

Quiet store off in the industrial area of bracebridge. Smaller inventory than the brick or Leon’s but without surprise they had some comfortable beds.I stayed for about half an hour and talked with the employee about each bed we tried and she was more than happy to help us with any questions we had.Might stop by again, thanks!
