Waited an hour for them to tell us that we needed to make an appointment and they were busy for the day. Then we waited longer to get an appointment and they told us there were no more appointments for the next week. The advisors here don't seem to answer their messages or pick up their calls. We ended up going to the Metrotown CIBC branch after 1.5h of waiting for nothing.
