Great people, great service, and reasonably priced.I had an issue with my front hydraulic disc brake, when I went to drop it off there was an instant check and found that my rear wheel bearing was also ruined. Thank you for getting it all sorted... Also got a wee clean in before handing back over.

Brogan did a great job removing my crank arms which had ceased. Booked an appointment, turned up and had the problem fixed in no time.

Wow, this is a fantastic place for all things bike related. The guys there are so helpful and informative, but not in a pushy way, I highly recommend coming here, and it's on the Deeside Way path

Brilliant service. We called in needing flat pedals and the young mechanic found a pair in the workshop and fitted them for free. Great local knowledge too!

I was disappointed.I asked 3 times before I dropped our bikes off, if they could update and/or diagnose the Bosch system and clear the service message on the screen3 times, they said they could.When I eventually picked the bikes up, they said they are not actually a Bosch accredited shop so they could not service the Bosch system after all.Did they not know this when I was asking?If they had called me to tell me this, I would have taken my bike elsewhere, which I ended up having to do.There was also a couple of minor issues with the bikes when I picked them up which weren’t there when I dropped them off.Not what you expect after the shop having them for 5½ days. They did a good job on my wife's bike however, but I won’t be returning to Skyline Cycles

Exceptional bike shop. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, went out of their way to sort my bike out within a day. Situated in a lovely area as well.Carry a good selection of bike locks, spares etc so didn’t have to order or wait for anything to arrive either.

It was a joy to do business with this shop. John went out of his way to make sure I bought the best bike for myself - a mature inexperienced cyclist. Best customer service ever. Buy with confidence.

Great place to have your bike serviced. I noticed some of my spokes were loose and the wheel needed straightened but was beyond my ability to fix properly. It has been a few years since it has been serviced so guessed more was needed so booked it in here. He checked my bike over, straightened the rear wheel and cleaned up the drive train all for £25. I was very impressed how friendly and helpful he was and although could have tried to charge me for more he was very honest in saying only what I needed and charged what I felt was a reasonable price. I’ll be going back if I need anything for my bike in the future.

Excellent advice on the purchase of two full suspension ebikes and accessories. John and Brogan were really helpful, we had a trial and then ordered the spec we wanted. Great buying experience from start to finish. Highly recommended.
