Booked here the week of thanksgiving. The room was big and neat. They did not explain the cleaning and entry policy at the front desk well enough so we had an entry in our absence. The top rooms were barely ventilated and I suspect high carbon monoxide levels due to the constant headaches we felt. Aside that, everything was great amenity-wise. Just remember to bring a carbon monoxide detector with you.

The hotel was very good. Our expectations were met with mostly everything.The highlight was our room, it was clean, very comfortable and a great size.The staff of the hotel were good as well. We checked in late in the evening and our experience was good.We ate breakfast at the restaurant And it was decent and fairly priced.Overall, we had a great stay and would stay here again.

This staff has been so great all away around-I have plenty of names to list, Amina, Franjina and Emilie are the staff behind the counter that have been very helpful and accommodating to my situation. All staff In this hotel have been very professional beyond my expectations for the price point. I highly recommend this hotel and staff to anybody looking for a good an affordable hotel.They're very good here and you will not find a better deal for the services I have had thus far. A+ Service! Happy Customer. Highly Recommend this location.

The hotel is worth the price because of the staff! They are all friendly and very helpful. In special, the most wonderful person, Patricia, made our stay so much better! Because of Patricia, we decided that we will always come back to this hotel. If she change jobs, we will follow her wherever she works.

The hotel was great.I did the digital check-in with a mobile key, which gave me access to the parking.We had a late-night arrival and it all went perfectly.The room was clean and comfortable.Breakfast at the restaurant in the lobby was fantastic; very kind and attentive staff, fully bilingual and so kind. (an extra 18$ per person, well worth it!)The food was delicious and ample. service was spectacular.The ladies at the front desk were terrific too!A great stay!!

Extremely basic hotel. The toilet made a dripping sound that made it hard to sleep. The AC sounded like a jet engine, which also made it hard to sleep. There was no room service. Tiny bathroom. The French speaking receptionist was rude. Wouldn’t even look at me when I asked him a question. Just avoid it if you can.

Breakfast is not included, it costs $18. Had a bit argument with the staff about should I tip at buffet. I really confused because it is a buffet and no one was serving me. Googled it a bit and found the advices were divided.Other than that, the room was clean, but has humming noise from the vent. Good location though

Recently stayed three nights. Room was very suitable and reasonably priced (due to a group rate). Note, due to staffing shortages many services are limited (pool & restaurant hours, Room cleaning); however, all staff we interacted with were pleasant and professional. I would recommend.

Wow, what a great stay! I loved the fact that there was a pool and there was also a breakfast buffet! (Very tasty with lots of food). There was a fitness center too. I have one little comment, it did not bother me much but it might bother you: the rooms were a little bit smaller than the average 3-4 star hotel. In sum, a great hotel to stay in if you are visiting the Gatineau-Ottawa area
