Great place for a deep tissue massage to get you feeling better. Been here a few times now and had positive experiences each time.

When they say it’s the best in Richmond, they mean it. I've been to many, many spas and massage clinics and none of them compare to my experience here. Thorough, focused deep tissue therapy in the most relaxing environment. I booked 90 minutes and it felt like a week. Incredible value. I'll be back again and again.

Recently got a facial done there as a birthday gift for myself! I never had a facial before so I was very excited. Coming into the place, it smelled super nice and I love the environment of the place! When I entered a very nice lady helped me with the appointment as well as do the facial for me. The facial I picked was an acne facial since I do experience breakouts as well having a acne-prone skin. Not gonna lie, it was painful since there was extractions but other than that she was very gentle and very sweet! Thank you so much for the amazing experience!! I'll definitely come by again to make another appointment for another facial <3

best massages ever, me and my boyfriend book at least once a month and the service is great, it may happen that you have different experiences cause they book whoever is available on the date and time you wanna book, but once Eilyn put her hands on me I couldn’t go for any other girl, she does such a great job and makes my body so light after each massage, I would give them 10 start if I could.

I would give a zero but i need to give one so I can write this. Me and my siblings had booked massages for my parents for there anniversary over the phone as it was supposed to be a surprise and they said it was good. Fast forward a few days and they called my mom regarding the appointment, my mom didn’t know about this appointment and was confused. The receptionist then said “oh the lady who booked it was younger you must be the wrong person” and then cancelled the appointment for no reason. My parents showed up there today and were told the appointments were cancelled and didn’t even try to fit them in and wouldn’t admit to their mistake. Avoid this place!!! Horrible experience.

Very nice massage by Yui. Relaxing and legitimate professional services. The hot stone massage was a nice touch as well! I recommend this place.

I had a 45 min massage today with Queenie. I would definitely go back as she is such an amazing massage therapist! She knows exactly what she’s doing. Very professional and lots of positive energy. I felt so relaxed after my session. Thank you for the wonderful time at the spa.

Massage is blah and meh. Expect tips even when they slack. Great place to come for funny English. If you are looking for a decent place for some real massage Avoid this place as there are much better options elsewhere.
