We have been a customer for 2 years. We were quoted 39.97/month yet we have been overcharged and billed significantly more ($65). When inquiring why ... the unprofessional reply was we can increase our prices at any time". Most reputable companies would give you notification they are jacking up the prices by 60%. (HIGHWAY ROBBERY) Not this company! They have zero customer service or care for their customer. They also did not pickup for 3 weeks in the winter due to winter road conditions but yet tried to charge $25 for unsafe property conditions when my property was ploughed and salted. Apparently I am responsible for the municipal roads to get to my property. So we are cancelling our pickups. Almost every other garbage provider will charge you 1/2 this price for better service. Use Noble or AJM instead. They get rave reviews and really care about their customers."

Terrible company! Nobody answers their phones, garbage hasn’t been pick up in 3 weeks! I can’t run my business anymore as garbage spills on the patio! They should be held criminally responsible!

Suspended my service despite having my valid credit card on file, couldn't get anyone to answer the phone for weeks, left voicemails for a callback and never received it. Had to find another company because garbage was piling up. Finally got a hold of someone on the phone and they refused to cancel my account unless I paid for the two months that I was suspended for, when I received no service. Offered to pay up until I was suspended (still don't know why they couldn't process the payment with the card on file) and they refused and said they'd just keep billing me until I pay, despite not providing service. Lady on the phone was rude and implied I was a liar, and said I never left any voicemails. Awful customer service. You cannot keep charging me when you're not providing service. Period. Happy to pay for services provided.

We are very happy with their services. Steven always addresses any issues or request very quickly. He is very responsive and effective with the solutions.

They are thugs. Only way you can cancel service after your agreement term is over is via registered mail, and only in a tiny window, otherwise they auto lock you into another year term. They told me they would be here to remove their bin yesterday (cancelled it because they have been overcharging us) and they emptied the bin without taking it and said we have to send registered mail and it would have to be within our time window. Straight thugs. DO NOT support these gangsters. Not to mention service that we signed was $87 yet somehow it has become $256 without any notice of rate increase or confirmation from us the client. I already know there will be a reply to call customer service, that is what I have been doing, and you are still thugs! This is how they treat long time customers. Ruthless.

Literally garbage service for a garbage company. Like a lot of other customers, called multiple times, nobody picks up. Continue to charge for service and doesn't delivered. Seriously... wth is wrong with this company.*EDIT* Finally was able to call today and somebody pick up. Was able to check my schedule and they are on track to pick up my garbage (which was spilling over). It's still unpleasant experience considering I've been calling 2-3 days without anybody answering. Especially annoying when you were put on wait, and when the phone rung, it just circle back to the main menu repeatedly.Updated to 3 stars for able to resolve the issue, albeit in a not so timely manner.

I cancelled our service and they gave us a date for final pick up and bin removal. They emptied the trash but didn’t take the bins. So we rescheduled another pick up date with them.They missed that date as well. When we told them we couldn’t hold the bins longer than the end of the day, they tried to lie and say they never had pick up planned for the second or first day. Even though I have emails from them giving us a date and time to put the bins outside.The customer service is incredibly awful. Instead of admitting their mistake and trying to correct it, they are trying to blame us. They picked the dates and times for pick up! We put the bins out. They didn’t show up. How this is our responsibility is beyond me.They won’t call me or email me back. I would avoid this company at all costs

Completely unprofessional. They think it’s completely acceptable to send their staff out to collect at 6:30 in the morning. We live in an apartment building so we hear the backup beep of their vehicle and then the banging of the dumpster every week at 6:30 am. No respect for the people that are hiring them.

Steven Armstrong is a great sales representative for the Abbotsford district and comes every month to pick up a cheque from us for payment. Always a pleasure to see him.

I've ticked off all the applicable options for this one star review my review is 100% true to the fact i have everything documented, for starters they are liars and cheaters who cannot simply pull up a contract to see what was signed off on, was told by account rep Dolores I was bound into a contract till May 2023, after multiple emails I finally asked to see this signed copy of agreement. surprise surprise we are on a a month to month basis, not sure how you can just assume someone is in a contract till may 2023. this is definitely not professional service and the respond time to emails is very lengthy I'm still waiting on an email I had sent out last Friday its been a whole week and I am left without answers to give to my next provider.Simply save yourself the hassle and find better out there.After some research I was able to find a provider offering month to month hassle free proposal and with discounted rates of $-90 a 8yr bin. Waste connections was charging me around $1900+for 2x 8yr bins and 1x recycling bin not sure how the calculations added to that but that's what are left with on our invoices for each month.New rates I've been quoted by other provider don't even exceed $780/month Glad i looked elsewhere.Also they ask you to reach out to customer service if you've had problems, don't !!! LEAVE A REVIEW INSTEAD customer service sucks I haven't gotten a reply back from last Friday that's how extremely prompt the response time is..Will not be coming back to this company.
