Mike was a total flake. We spoke several times back in May I even spoke with his wife. He was supposed to come by my place two days after our last call. My family rearranged our entire weekend waiting for him to show up. He flaked. I called him 5 times over the next month and left voice mails. I also texted him. Not a single reply. The other people who used to own the installation company are the people to deal with, not Mike or his offshoot business.
