This place is a nightmare. One of the team member sold me a 12A can for fixing my car AC which is not compatible with my car and now no mechanic is ready to fix it. On talking to manager he said that , it was your call and he never resolved my issue. When i said you should have listen to customer requirements he replied that its your decision. Better shut down this place and stop wasting customer time and money

Ordered base and clear for my bmw in a spray can the same as I had previously got at the Kitchener location,they said no problem. They then made up a can of touch up paint instead and would not refund my credit card even though it was clearly not what I ordered!

Great selection of parts and good price. If you need colour matching aresol paint for your vehicle these guys nailed it for my off colour mini van could t see where I did my repair.hzlf of the store is dedicated to auto body. Great people great place to go get he best priced out yhere

Customer service at it’s lowest .. the staff get rude if you asked them more than a question. However, the Last 4 spray cans I picked up, they were all leaking.. when i tried to complain about their service and the spray can issues, the lady ignored and walked away. (After i made a payment on the door).

I once wrote a great review for this place that got thousands of views over the past couple years. My opinion has changed since then, my last 2 experiences haven't been the best, not the worst but not the best. It probably is the least bad machine shop around still though so I'll try to find somewhere else for my next project but likely will end up back here.

This is by far the best place in town to get auto. Parts. Friendly, knowledgeable staff always willing to help. 5 stars isnt enough for my gratitude towards this place and it's employees. Highly recommended, keep up the good work.

Went to car quest to pick something up, they were incredibly disrespectful after a mix up and confusion. They were not trying to listen just kept talking over me and were ignoring me. Hung up the phone in face and show 0 respect. I did not raise my voice or disrespect and spoke calmly but they chose to be disrespectful. If you want to be treated like a human being do not go to this car quest.
