Received friendly and helpful service in-store from an employee (apologies as I do not recall his name). I was in the market for dress pants and the young gentleman was helpful and provided a few tips to reduce cost as the pants I purchased were not on sale at the time. Good selection of men's dress and casual wear.

Was in a few weeks ago for a scheduled bridal party fitting. Five men buying full suits with vests, ties pocket squares and everything else.Service was not only poor, but also rude and seemingly annoyed the entire time.Two people paid up front and we scheduled to come in this weekend to do our final fittings and payment.Apparently not a single thing was ordered and no record of what we ordered exists.Not impressed whatsoever.

Both my son and my husband bought a suit from Tip Top Tailors and was extremely happy with the service they received. The gentleman working was very friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely go back because of the great service.

Service was amazing. I'm just shocked at how prices have increased on a simple white shirt but fabric quality has decreased drastically!!! I know it's not the stores fault, but as a buyer, they should look for a better product if they stand behind it & want to keep customers coming back like I always did in the past. I had to walk out of the store without the shirt...I couldn't justify paying that price for a shirt that was see-through.
