I never got a voice mail from the company. The unit stopped working the day after you left. You were supposed to come back the week after once the part arrived. No one showed up and no one let me know if or when you were coming. You needed to phone to let me know the part had not arrived and that you would phone once it did. That would have been fine.Company only occasionally actually answers the phone. You can leave a message if you want but they don't return messages. Highly unreliable company to deal with

Aquasource Water Treatment
I just switched over from Culligan to Aquasource and I LOVE it! Such tasty cold water and getting it set up was super easy thanks to Heather. I am so happy to be a new customer. Oh and I also love the black water cooler!!!
