Worst customer service i have ever experienced. Bought out in * full* my lease vehicle with them. A month+ later they are still charging me my monthly payments. They had me doing the run around with Ford Credit when they didn't even have my account as they did not want to deal with the situation. It has taken me WEEKS to get responses and have anything done. I left countless messages and everyone I encountered was rude, unprofessional and unorganized. Do not go here for anything!

Are all Ford vehicles made in sweat shops?I just got fired from DieMax Warren who makes parts for you guys. They asked us all to change our time sheets to NOT reflect that we worked Christmas day and New years day. I refused, so they fired me. So this is Fords alternative to manufacturing in the over seas sweat shops, just bring the sweat shops to Canada. Awesome!

Serviced my Fusion PHEV here. Soroush the service advisor was patient and very though in his explanation. Had a sat down with sales Anthony and he was also great. No one tried to push or pressure a sale, and service was quick and price is reasonable.Would definitely recommend and be back for business.

Was told my vehicle was ready and was dropped off to pick up. No one could give me the key or find the truck. No one at front desk. Service closed. General manager very rude and would not help. Brushed me off and told me to wait outside. Needed to take a cab home.

- I'm driving Ford Transit Cargo Van 2020.- Both keys are broken because of poor quality. (The blaze separated from the fob)- Called this dealer and talked to Josh last week. He ordered the keys and says they cost $250+tax in total.- I got to the front desk at the service area and another person told me in total cost was $137.45 including tax and takes almost an hour.- I gave them the keys around 8:30 am. and the job was done around 10:30 am.- Extremely poor customer service, and total cost of $645.98 including tax.- I didn't have an issue making the payment but they lied at the beginning about how much the total cost was.- I AM EXTREMELY UNHAPPY about their service and the way they treat their customer.- PLEASE, PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRANCH.

Poor service. Ordered part twice. Pre paid. No call when it came in. When I called, I was put on hold for 15 minutes. Then was told they have the part. it's in my hands". I show up and no one knows what I'm talking about."

I bought a brand new f350 with the premium care package. They said on the phone for oil change just has to walk in no appointment need. I walked in and the guy was very unfriendly and said come back 2days later. You spend over 100k at ford and they acting rude after…

Just wow. LAST YEAR I called to schedule an appointment to replace my AIRBAG on a recall. I was told the first time I was now in line to get the part replaced. Over the span of the next 12 months I have called on 4 seperate occasions following up with the status of my appointment, (even going through head office to contact Twin Hills). Each time I heard a different answer like We just placed the order for your part and will call you soon when it's in." .....Well that doesn't make sense... I thought you had already placed the order last year so why are you placing it again?? It eventually dawned on me that these guys never intended to replace my part. They were either A) waiting for me to give up or B) waiting for me to buy a new car. Based off the reviews not only do the owners of this establishment have a bad reputation with their own employees

Never use this shop for repair! You will be ripped off without even fix.
