Been a customer for a number of years. I have never seen one office have such a revolving door of employees. I assume working for Youngs must be the worst in the industry. Every time I call I never get a response, if I Do I am passed off to the newest character who has no idea about me my policy or any way to help. I have been overcharged, lied to and just overall had the worst experience. I blame myself for not shopping around earlier.

Worst customer service. Refused to provide with letter of experience. And asked for proof of residency where i was moving, as far as i know, they're not immigration and i don't have to provide my proof of residency to request my experience letter even though being with them for 2years. I've changed my insurance and broker, you should change too. Never go with Youngs insurance.

Leave messages but they don't call back. Seems to be a chronic problem with Youngs Insurance...last time I called, multiple voice-mail messages were not returned. And a poor Google rating didn't spur a reply either.

Awful customer service, slow sometimes days for a call back. No main receptionist to answer their phone. Very frustrating company to deal with.
