Excellent service, the staff is knowledgeable and always provide me with different options! Never disappointed, always the right fit and satisfied with the quality. I know this quite well as I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years!

Very disappointed. I brought my wheelchair bound mother here in August to find shoes. They did not have what she needed and I was given a business card for Carolle and told to contact her for custom shoes. After several weeks of trying to contact her we schedule an appointment Oct. 17 at 4 pm. I make arrangements to have my mother picked up at her nursing home with an accessible taxi and head to the store to meet her there only to be told Carolle had left for another appointment and staff were unable to contact her. Needless to say this caused lost time, lost money and great disappointment. Very unprofessional. We will not try doing business with them again. Our business is clearly not important to them.

Rude parked inadvertently in parking area reserved for regional shoes which was empty. Was going to caisse populaire next door and for quick blood test lady come out within seconds telling so I unexplained the situation no need to tell she said others have plenty of parking well she gained 15 m of parking in a empty lot but lost 3 customers my mom sister and me this is my diets negative review never during covid pelle should be kind and respectful

Very professional staff. Very efficient service. Major variety of shoes, sandals, winter boots and work boots. Plenty of free parking. Service with a smile. Great place to have custom made orthodics and specialty shoes to go with it. I highly recommend this place.

Had planned on shopping here for orthopedic inserts but was chased away by an extremely rude employee smoking outside trying to enforce parking measure in an empty parking lot. Recommend the store teach their employees about customer service.

The shoes this store carries are of superior quality. The staff members are very professional and knowledgeable. They do an excellent job helping their customers find shoes that fit well. They are also accommodating if you ever have to return a pair of shoes. I will definitely be returning to this store.

Dropped my winter boots off for repair on a Wednesday afternoon, and was told they weren't going to be ready until Saturday. Not even 24 hours later, I received a phone call letting me know they were ready! Very fast, efficient, and well done. The woman behind the counter was very pleasant to deal with!

I brought 2 pairs of new shoes at another store and brought my shoes in to have them stretch out for a better fit. She told one week for the work to be completed. On the day of pick up I tried the shoe and it was like nothing had been done to them at all, they were still as snug as I had brought them in. She asked me to wait another week to do the work, I reminded her that she had a full week to do the work and the work was not done. So basically they did nothing to help the situation on my shoes and I wasted $50 of my hard earned money. Do not do business with these people they take the money and don't care about the clients time and need.

All I wanted is to get my motorcycle seat modified. The guy said he can do it and asked to bring it in on Monday. Which I did. And was told that he is busy and cannot take it. I asked what should I do and was advised to try on another Monday. I did it 3 or 4 times until he told me that it’s a very busy time and I should try few month later. I asked why cannot I just book a date and he said he does not work this way.This spring I tried again. Twice! Still no luck. I ended up doing a google search and found a place called Blue Tent. The guy took it in the same day and did an excellent job!Avoid this place - they don’t respect their customers!!!
