I have been doing my income taxes with J & D for the past 15 years and they have always been accurate in their CRA submission and no surprise with CRA’s return.I referred friends-to them years ago and they are extremely satisfied with their professionalism and fast services

I’ve been doing taxes for 4 years with them and never had an issue. Always answers all my questions and always have a good laugh while we file taxes. Dave does my taxes great guy. As well never had any problems with CRA after taxes being filed. I used to go to HR block and every year they would revise my taxes and end up owing money. No problem so far while I file with them.

This is my second year with this firm for my company and personal taxes, and must say I am very impressed. They answer all my many and extensive questions without complaint or making me feel bad for even the simplest one. You can not go wrong and will never regret spending your hard earned money here. Value for your dollars and great service and no problems. I have not over payed in the two years that I am with them. I can not say the same of other companies, I have tried in the past.

By far my favorite place for tax time! Dave and Joe are the best. Dave takes care of my families taxes and we wouldn't want it any other way. Thanks for 25 years of tax returns and counting!!

Going anonymous. Dave knows who I am.Dave is a very difficult person to deal with and has an anger management problem. He got irritated and annoyed often and wasn't patient in answering legitimate questions I had about my return. It was my first time filing in the country, hence, I needed to understand the procedure and ask questions a few times. That didn't go well with Dave. Moreover, he also comes off as very arrogant and treated me like a child during our office interactions. He was downright rude to me on the phone and when I pointed that out, he said quote 'im being stern! He didn't seem to have even 5 minutes to talk to me in 3 weeks and proceeded to say you're not my only client before hanging up! You would expect a 50 something man who has been in the tax business for 25 years as he loves to keep pointing out to at least be reasonable. FYI he doesnt even have a CPA so i dont really know what he's so proud and arrogant for. He is the kind of person you wouldn't trust to help you out in case there are some issues with the CRA. Unfortunately, I realized this too late after filing with them and rest assured I would definitely not recommend going here to file your taxes. It's cheap but you get what you pay for. I just hope he has filed my taxes correctly.

Joseph (aka Joe) was fantastic. We did the return over the phone. Great price, friendly, and took initiative to dig around for the best tax return.

I did my taxes with Joseph Thomson yesterday. I am so happy with him. I was getting very frustrated year after year doing my taxes with HR block. I even tried for 2 years to do them alone online which was even more of a pain. I have been dying to find someone good to do my taxes that has reasonable prices and actually knows his stuff. Joseph was not only that, but was so friendly. It is so hard to find a good tax accountant with so many fake reviews out there on the internet. I am so happy that I took a chance with him and I truly recommend him with no reservations. I can't believe I am actually this happy about doing my taxes. Not to mention the massive tax refund my wife and I got back!

Dave Thomas has been doing my taxes for 22 out of the last 23 years. The guy is amazing. I wouldn't go anywhere else to get my taxes done. I don't even live in Ottawa and I still send my T4's to him. Great service, always a job well done. I love this guy!!!
