WELL SAID: Toronto Speech Therapy

I can't thank the staff at Well Said enough. Because of them I'm now able to manage my anxiety associated with speaking, and can communicate with others confidently and professionally. It has literally changed my life. Thank you!!

I came in to get information and the receptionist looked at me while on a personal call and kept on talking to her friend. I tried to ask her for information as I have never been there and she told me to just sit and wait for someone. I finally told her that I had no appointment and that I was there to get information, she put her friend on hold after talking about something on facebook and told me to call in to get info. I told her that I was there now and that I commuted 30 mins on my lunch to just get a brochure or maybe speak to someone for 5 mins. She told me that I have to call to speak to someone, and business cards or brochures were unavailable.Just from that alone I will not use their services; if they are not professional enough to provide business cards, then they do not know how to run their business, and therefore probably cannot help me.

Well Said is so unprofessional with how they handle billing and communication with clients. They have made at least 5+ mistakes with my billing. The latest accident was that they charged for the sessions I never attended (they just deposited my cheques and took the money from my bank account without any notice). I will never go back. Please avoid working with this business. So fraudulent.

Super helpful and knowledgeable speech pathologists here! Have made progress towards my speech goals. Negative experience dealing with the front desk and management people. Messed up booking system and blame the patient for it. I would have left if my speech pathologist is less awesome.

I did the 11week Therapy block with Kendra Wormald and she really helped me understand my main flaws and concerns around English speaking. Her work was instrumental in helping me be a better communicator, especially on the work front, since I regularly have to do presentations for managers and peers. She was also very nice and made me feel at ease.I had no idea of what to expect from the whole program and ended up having a great experience.

I had a great experience working with a speech therapist at Well Said; however unfortunately not so good experience with billing, as I was mistakenly overcharged 4X amount on one of the cheques. When I contacted the company I was initially brushed off and sent to fix this with my bank on my own, and only after two emails the owner acknowledged the mistake and requested a return of the overcharge. I mentioned several times that I needed my money back urgently and will have to go into overdraft, however I was told that I will have to wait for up to a week. After that I was just ignored. I feel this situation could have been handled in a more respectful and customer friendly manner.

Attending well said was a great decision. the entire staff was extremely professional and accommodating to my needs. I got rid of my lisp within only a few sessions of practice. I also learned how to use my assertiveness. Now my self-confidence and self-esteem are far greater than four months ago. I highly recommend seeing Alyssa if you are looking for any help regarding oral communication or social skills.

The therapist that ran my sessions was knowledgeable and professional.Location is very convenient.Sessions are customized according to patients needs.Overall a good experience though the schedule and billing part was quite confusing in my opinion.I recommend future patients to pay an extra attention to timings, charges and the goal setting step.

My therapist was extremely professional and skilled, every class was individually built based on initial assessment. The final result has exceed my expectation by far. Thank you 'Well Said Toronto' !

This is long overdue but I’m writing this to showcase how much I appreciate Anna’s work on fixing my lisp! It took a few months but I was able to overcome it.She was very flexible, nice, and friendly. She encouraged me, simplified things for me and made the process of relearning how to pronounce sounds very seamless.
