VIDrives was great to deal with, specifically Daniel!! The process was really quick. I had my vehicle delivered to me within a day a deciding it was the one for me….There was a recall listed on the car fax, Daniel was sure to get me the service inspection and set an appt up with Hyundai to ease my concerns. The vehicle passed with no problems.Daniel made this a very easy process and now I’m driving a almost new vehicle!!

I dealt with Omar back and forth for a couple weeks, as I had hesitation about financing a vehicle thinking it was out of reach and would have too high an interest rate. Omar basically took care of everything for me and got me into an amazing vehicle that will help me build credit all while riding in luxury. I won a $1000 through VI drives and when they called , they were very friendly and seemed eager to get me sometime better for my buck. Curtis was awesome trying to find me the car that I want and that I would be interested in and after 3-4 weeks of conversing, we settled on a deal. They have some pretty good packaged deals.

I could not be more happy with my newly financed 2018 Chevy Malibu. When I started looking into financing a vehicle I struggled with a low credit score and some old debt so I thought no chance I would be approved and certainly not for a car this new and with so little klm! Omar helped me at VI drives in Nanaimo and in only one day I was test driving , approved, signed, insured and driving my new whip! I could t believe how quickly it all happend! Sean was/is amazing. I had the pleasure of meeting the staff and experiencing true human authenticity. They went above and beyond anything I could have imagined. They focused on building a personal raport, versus thr sale. As a single working mom with poor credit not sure what my options were, to now owning my own vehicle (new to me).
