I called a month ago to have a defective giftcard fixed or replaced, I was told I would need to be in contact with Follett Customer Service and yet nothing has been done. I’ve emailed them relentlessly for an update, doing more due diligence than their employees and still my issue is unresolved. So disappointed and dissatisfied in Follett, I highly recommend not utilizing their services, save your time, and money.
