Staff are both friendly and knowledgeable, plus store policies on returns are quite good. Glad to have a nice pet store in town so I don't have to drive all the way to Kamloops for supplies. Thanks!

I love it there the selection is like nowhere else there is so much to choose from. The staff are very nice and helpful too. The prices are much better than other places. Definitely 5 out of 5!

Broke down on hwy 97c. Dec 23 2022 in freezing weather. Staff welcomed 3 adults, 2 children & 2 cats to wait in a safe warm place for hours while the men fixed the truck. Not sure what we would have done without them. Thank you. We made it home safely.

I went in to find a wet food for my grandpuppy.( We were puppy sitting for a few days.) I wasn't sure what would be best so both girls were very helpful in finding the right one, reading each label etc. to be sure it would be okay for her sensitive tummy. As it turned out she loved it and was very content. They were amazing!!

This store does a wonderful job of offering great quality products at reasonable prices. Steve is great to deal with and has incredible care for any and all animals! The darkside has no influence here...

Very helpful. Having trouble finding a dog food that my dog will eat. Sam is trying very hard to find one for me I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
