Up until this year I would have given 4 stars to this dealer. However that has changed.When I bought my current car (2017 Challenger) from them new they also sold me an extended 6 year warranty. Earlier in the year I noticed delamination in the 'uconnect' screen starting from a tiny spot in the top right corner, this turns out to be a widespread problem in many '17 and '18 models. However following an inspection (which I paid for) they claimed that 'small damage' was the cause and they would not honour the warranty. Their implication seems to be that for some inexplicable reason I had done this to an inaccessible area in my own car!There are now 6 of these spots on the screen with more appearing and the delamination covering about a quarter of the surface. Getting support from FCA Canada has proven futile.When they try to sell you one of these warranties just say no!

With the vehicle shortage in North America I looked around for what i wanted.I picked up today a jeep wrangler 4xe high altitude sahara.I dealt with kirk in sales and finished off with Jordan in financing, we had some technical difficulties on my side with paper work they where very patient and dealt with the problems.My intent is not to sway someone to a sales person or a dealership, just to share my experience, and honestly it was not bad, with h many ahitty companies are out there I'd consider sending someone here if it was something they where looking for.My self I am happy with my jeep, a daily driver for work that will get me there and home on electric, and then I can play with the hybrid mode for travel and fun, yep I signed up for my toy!! Quack quack!Just adjusting this score, I wad happy with most of my interaction, but honestly these guys seem not to care about their customers once they leave.I'll be glad not to have to deal with them next year when I trade up to my hummer.Update, this dealership has not contacted me since cr Mr review change I had to phone to contact them about their promises, it's like me as a customer was just thrown away.Honestly I will be suggesting none of my friends go here.

Great sales experience. I bought a new Ram Rebel diesel from them coming from Victoria because it was a good deal. Great experience and the sales guy Abel was great to deal with. I've referred a few people from the Island to them and I am not sure they have bought a vehicle yet, but I would certainly return. Better prices than my 2 local Chrysler dealers here. I would avoid getting accessories from them thou, I got much better prices in aftermarket, in some cases half price.
