Lydia promises to put the customer first, and she does that in spades. She listens carefully and follows up well. Whereas other owners in our condo building that have listed with other realtors have waited for months (or even gone to a new realtor after waiting without a sale), our unit sold within weeks. We had very demanding circumstances, but still got an amazingly quick sale for full asking price. List with Lydia! You won’t be sorry!

Lydia and Sarah were great to work with. They gave us honest feedback and great advice on getting the house ready to show. Lydia called her people to help donate some furniture which took a lot of pressure off of us.They make a great team. Sarah took care of handling the details and the pictures and video showcased our house wonderfully. Dealing in a quickly changing market was difficult and they handled it very professionally and the house sold quickly. They went above and beyond and we would highly recommend them.

Lydia was the listing agent and helped with the sale of my mom's condo. She was very professional and approachable at all times. I live out of town and my mom's condo is in Winnipeg. Lydia ensured she corresponded with us both and kept me up to date via email's and FaceTime. My mom's condo was sold in a week and she got way over asking. Lydia was always very quick to get back to me via email or text. She has been a real asset in taking care of documents and required paperwork for my mom since I am out of town and not always able to assist with these things. I would recommend Lydia and her team.
