Baytown Hyundai's staff were so friendly and efficient! The showroom was immaculate and provided refreshments as well! The vehicles presented to us were all fantastic, clean and ready to go. The showroom also offered viewing of some really sharp cars! The pricing is always so much better than competitors and the value for your money is exceptional! I love my new Santa Cruz!

David was a fantastic help in picking out my first new car. He provided me with lots of information about the vehicle I was interested in. I did not feel pressured, but rather informed when I was ready to make a decision. Once I selected my vehicle, David was amazing at keeping me updated on the status of the production and transportation of my vehicle. He helped set everything up and pick up day was smooth! David was truly great (and very personable!) and I appreciate all his help!

I have always been really impressed by our Baytown experiences...we are on our second vehicle from them. Staff have always been excellent, from Kyle in Sales, to Kim and the teams in the Service department. They can be slow getting back to you if you've left a voice-mail in the general service departments mailbox so plan to call back rather than waiting. Other than that, they're excellent and we like dealing with them.

We had a great experience working with Kyle and Al at Baytowne Hyundai!At first, there were no vehicles in stock and the wait time was 2-3 months. This was going to be challenging for us as we were in immediate need of a car. Kyle reached out a week later, giving us the opportunity to take home a car that they received in stock out of pure luck!When we picked up the car, Al was ready with the paperwork and walked me through everything to help with signing. Kyle then sat with me in the new car, and showed me how to navigate all the new features (which were a lot!). We truly appreciate the preparation and patience, especially since we had our baby with us during our visits to the dealership.We recommend Kyle, Al, and the Baytowne Hyundai dealership team to anyone looking for tailored, transparent service! Vehicle damage - unresponsive and careless assistanceI brought my vehicle in for a quick service to get a wheel bearing replaced. Following picking up my car I noticed that a scratch ran along the entire drivers side of my vehicle. Upon contacting support, the service manager, Josh aimed to pass off the liability to the free carwash (Petro next door) that they include with the service. Note that even if something did happen at the car wash, my car was under their care and would have been driven by one of their employees...Being such a large and reputable dealership, I really expected more from the Baytowne Hyundai team in trying to right their wrong rather than just passing off liability and 'sweeping it under the rug'. Even to this point, they continue to ignore my emails and have made it clear that this is a problem they have no interest in taking responsibility for.I am very unimpressed with how unprofessionally this was handled. The last thing you want when you take your vehicle in for a service with a trusted dealership and service centre is to leave with another issue (and seemingly no help from those responsible).Overall, the staff was very helpful when I was there for the service. It is upsetting that this positive experience was smeared by neglect and avoidance of this mistake.

Josh (Service Manager) was able to accommodate late request and get my SUV into shop… he and one of the mechanics were able to address my concerns and confirm nothing serious found and put my mind at ease when heading out of town… always friendly and attentive. Just ordered another brand new SUV at Baytowne!

Paul was exceptional in his customer service and collaboration with the sales manager, finance manager and Bartowne team. He was professional, personable, and knowledgeable. The automotive industry needs more people like this!! Thank you for the great experience
