My friend ordered a bacon grilled cheese, and ordered potatoes wedges. Turns out they never had none and they only gave her a refund of .70cents? Potatoe wedges cost more then 70 cents. And all they said was oh I think that's right". Think they need a new manager."

Not the best. The kid at the window charged us for someone elses order, then gave us someone else's order, then had to figure out our order, refund our money, give us our order. Took aroun 8 to 10 mins in drive throu for 2 coffees

Tims Horton never honor their point system. What's the point of collecting reward when you can't even use it when you order. Came in today trying to use my points to redeem a drink, and the staff won't accept it. The reason they gave was because the card was used to place my mobile order in the last 30 minutes, I can't claim the drink. I call it BS... If only there's any Starbucks in Clarenville, Tims would never survive. Not worth spending money there where they don't honor anythingUpdate: this Tim is definitely one of the slowest one in history. There was no one inside, only 3 cars ahead of me and each car took like 10 minutes to finish the order. The worst part is, when it's each car's turn, they still have to wait for 5 minutes for the drive through staff to take the order. When it's my turn, the lady confirmed my mobile order. Then when I reached the window, she didn't even remember what she just confirmed with me. She handed me one drink, then stared at me and ask rudely what else do I want... Like wth lady, you just took my order like 1 minute ago.The store manager should really replace everyone in there. They don't work effectively at all

I slipped on some engine oil tracked onto the corner of the sidewalk around the building. They sent someone out right away to clean up the slippery area. No time wasted. Good to see.

No one knew what oat milk was. Literally took 15 minutes to get two not great lattes. That's what happens when there is no Starbucks within 2 hrs and forced to get Tim's coffee"....."

I just witness a very unprofessional supervisor at this store , she was calling out 2 employees in front of the staff and the customers, something that should be done in private... very unprofessional, I was mortified and felt so bad for the 2 employees .. 3:50 pm on Sunday December the 19th

They took my order, I go to the next window and there wasn’t enough maple bacon for both my sandwiches so they made my other one maple with the maple sauce, amazing service
