We used Orkin because they have good google reviews. But unfortunately, the fumigation that we paid for doesn’t work in one of our houses. Aug.5, 2022 was the last treatment. I sent an email to their office on Sept.29 and told them about it. Since it was unsuccessful, we asked them if what’s the best option/deal that benefit both parties. After asking them this question, we haven’t gotten any response. We were waiting for a week but haven’t heard from them. We just wanted the service that we paid for!
