UPDATE........ 2 months have passe and stil havent received my missing item, nor did I have an update on the when I could get it... Again 2 e-mails on the website and no answer still......getting really tired of this and i really think that they don't really care for the customers...recently ordered from them for the first time. Everything was going well till I received my order. An item was missing and yet was already paid for. I sent emails and also tried contacting them via the contact us on the website but never got an answer. Kinda sad cause I'm very happy with everything a received and it became a bad expirience over a 10$ shinaï pen.......

Its been like 6 days already since i make my order i didn't recived any tracking number or when i will recive my order i also keep calling and nobody answer i cant even leave a voice mail bad service
