Townson Motors Rust Check

My repair was costly and they laid my options out. They gave me the option to do a bandaid fix, a partial repair, or go whole hog. They gave me the option to go with cheap low end parts, or mid range (performance parts are an option, but not really a good choice for a Corolla based model close to 200k). I asked them to look for other issues, and they did. What they found checked out with what I had found on my own time.My car is aging, so quality service is an asset. I don't want to lay in my gravel driveway and try and fix something that I absolutely need every day. Especially when there is someone happy to make a living doing a far better job than I ever could.

No rust check in engine compartment or coming out of doors as it should . Bought cans and did it myself. Under car was ok but last year had to take it back also .

I've been going to them for a couple years now. Very friendly, and honest. I've had rust protection done on 2 vehicles, auto detailing on both vehicles, and general maintenance. He has always been honest with me and given me different options, all of which would make sure that I was driving a safe car once I left his garage. Very hard to find honest people these days. I will continue to go to Townson Motors, very happy with the service and quality of work.

Hello clients looking for an honest mechanic, and on time appointment Automotive SERVICE place of business, this has been my experience. A very pleasurable environment to wait if you need to for your car to be repaired. The warm clean waiting room with a large TV, table and comfortable chairs Made the repair time quite enjoyable. What made that special was focussing on one client at a time which resulted in a quicker repair time than I had anticipated. Just a heads up as in most businesses today there is no public washroom but we should not find fault with that, that's the norm nowadays For the protection of their staff and family. Would I recommend this repair facility, absolutely 100%.

Very friendly- took me right away, and had the main seat cleaning, and then a couple smaller jobs done within an hour. Have an appointment now to get a couple smaller scratches taken off the bumper, and the quote was about 1/3 of what I was given at a body shop. Very happy with the service.
