Scrolling through some of the reviews on here prompted me to also share some of my poor experiences with Urban Body.I’ve gone to this clinic over the past couple of years for laser, under what I believe was a 12 session package that I purchased (that also had a guarantee after those treatments)The laser treatments I’ve had so far were effective. However, the experiences I had with the rotating set of technicians were traumatizing. Many of the technicians didn’t seem to know what they were doing, and in alignment with other reviews either awkward or nervous. I did very much trust one technician who left the clinic after a few sessions.What concerns me about responses to reviews is that this clinic is quick to dive into confidential medical files in order to support their responses. I will preface this next set of experiences with the fact that I do not consent to my files being published on public forum.Similar to another review, I also had what was almost a permanent skin reaction after getting a treatment with someone who seemed less experienced. For months after, a rash would appear any time I worked out or did anything outside. I was told after quite some time of pausing treatments that it was likely due to the laser getting too hot in that area. I paused treatments, and when I attempted to rebook, I was told to be mindful of an expiry date for the package, something that they do not actively tell you about during each session (sessions are booked between 7-11 weeks apart and if you have to reschedule or pause you can very easily get outside of this “expiration window” for the treatment package) I honestly don’t even recall agreeing to an expiration on a package that I paid in full for.The following session I had another treatment with someone that said they were new, seemed incredibly nervous and unfortunately the treatment resulted in her misfiring the laser (by accidentally stepping on the pedal when she wasn’t even executing the treatment) and it hit my thigh tattoo that was close to my knee. It was no where near the treatment area. She was panicked, it hurt immensely - and if you don’t know about laser treatments, if they hit a tattoo it will pull out the pigment immediately. The team apologized profusely, and offered tattoo touch ups, but I had to deal with a blistering sore during a trip to Mexico a few weeks later. Luckily, it hit the tip of my tattoo, and it didn’t cause immense damage - but to be honest I don’t feel comfortable going back to the clinic to get any more sessions which are likely expired by now regardless.Long story short:This is likely not a good clinic to trust for laser especially in intimate areas. You likely will go through a rotating selection of technicians ranging in experience. Treatment packages expire, so what you pay for is not redeemable past a certain point regardless of life circumstances.

When we arrived we were greeted with fresh cut flowers each. Our technician was very thorough, gentle and knowledgable .
