The hair dresser was fantastic. But the makeup lady and the receptionist were VERY rude!!I don't recommend to getting the makeup there.

They loss many of their experiences hair dresser in the last few years. I will not go again : color was wrong as well as the hair cut. They charges taxes but no receipt with taxes number. No credit card allowed.It's just not worth the extra money.

Asked for brown received red instead. Won't refund. Owner wants me to go back and get it fix. My hair doesn't even want to shampoo how dry it his. Worst place ever. Stay away. Your better off doing it yourself and save the money.

CASH ONLY. BRING YOUR MASK otherwise it's 2$/mask. I got here with a pretty nice smile and happy attitude to get my hair done but people are rude. Receptionist doesn't give any info on when you take your appointment. I used to love this place but my recent experience was trash. The hairdresser wasn't happy with having a client with long and thick hair so it was a pretty messy work and it was expensive (80$) and that was only for a really messed up fringe and bad layers. I needed a change and now I'm just filled with regret lol thanks a lot de NeuvilleAlso she really didn't want to work. She kept saying my hair was too long for layers...

I had a last minute appointment with Nancy for a color and she was so great! She understood what I wanted and despite being squeezed in last minute in her schedule she never made me feel rushed and that she didn't have time for me. I am so satisfied I am coming back for sure !

Cash only because they don't want to pay taxes... Do they have a credit card machine? Oh yes they do! if you buy produts, you can pay credit.Haircut + product? 2 seperate bills... one cash , one credit because scam.

They only accept cash ( and don't tell you upon the call). Don't give a receipt and charge tax...My hair dresser was 1hr late and did not even apologize, not one word : or offer a water or something while I was waiting. Really disappointing experience unfortunately.
