I ordered a hummingbird jacket from Old Tribes. It was damaged, so I exchanged it for a new one that was in perfect condition. Communication was great. Old Tribes paid shipping, and I got a new jacket within a reasonable amount of time. I love the jacket and I would recommend this company for sure.

They delete negative reviews from their site.I ordered a poncho-style coat (Hooded Poncho #2) from their website.I normally fit a women's size small, so to be safe, I ordered a women's medium.When my order came in, the jacket was 2 or 3 sizes too small in both torso and sleeve length.I left a review of 2 stars for the item on the website, stating that, despite the material being very nice, it was way too small, and that I wished they had listed the size dimensions so I could have determined sizing would be an issue before purchasing.I looked through the other reviews for the other poncho-style coats, there was another review on Hooded Poncho #5 that stated the person was displeased with their item and they left 1 star.The website has since deleted my review, as well as the other negative review.Update:I have posted my review on their website 3 times now, because the company keeps deleting it.They also deleted yet another negative review for Hooded Poncho #9 from a man named Richard who bought one of these for his wife and was left disappointed with the sizing.They boast of having a +4 star rating... what they don't tell you is, they filter reviews and they don't let the bad ones stay up.Not impressed. Would not recommend.This company could stand to update their reviewing system so they cannot delete reviews from verified buyers. They also could take a little constructive criticism about providing size dimensions.This interaction has left a bad taste in my mouth and I will not be shopping there again.

I ordered two masks two days apart, I received my first mask within a few days, and the second one a few days later. The second mask that I received was the wrong mask. I contacted the company and they said they would send the proper mask the following business day. Over a week later I still did not receive my proper mask, so I called the store, and the person that I talked too, stated he didn't send it out yet because he was out of town. I asked if someone was working at the store and if they could send it, he said yes he will contact them.I then received an email stating that the mask I had ordered was out of stock, ( I also checked again on the site after our phone conversation, and it said the mask I originally ordered, was still in stock) and I was told to choose another one. I picked another mask, and he said it would be sent out right away, even sent me a picture of the envelope with my address on it.Here we are, another week goes by, and I'm still waiting!!I would NOT recommend this company, they are selling products that are no longer in stock, and customer service is absolutely horrible!!

Fabulous masks. So comfortable, you don't breathe in the mask. No nose wire but you don't need it because the mask fits right up the bridge of your nose. Great service. Given that the post office is so very busy they were a couple of days late but no problem. I ordered something from the USA and it has been sitting in the St. Louis post office now for two months!! Highly recommend. I am buying six more as Christmas gifts. Practical, easy to ship, beautiful well made and you are supporting your fellow Canadians.

I ordered a blanket as a last minute Christmas gift on Tuesday December 20th, to NB Canada. Choosing regular shipping during the Christmas mail rush I didn’t think we would be getting it until at least a week or two after Christmas. It’s December 23rd and to my surprise the Blanket is here!!! It’s so beautiful and my brother is going to absolutely love it. I also called the company to thank them and they answered right away, and were extremely pleasant ! I hope I have an opportunity to order from them again.

I received a wool handmade jacket gift from my partner from this store. It is incredibly warm, comfy, fitting, and amazing beautiful. I love it so much I bought two jackets for my parents. My partner got another one for herself and her parents too.

I have bought 2 wool sweater/jackets from this store & LOVE them. If you order online they ship very quickly and the products I bought are beautiful. I had to exchange a size at the store and the staff were very helpful and so nice. They pointed out that one of the sweaters I wanted to buy had a slight pull & suggested I buy a different one but I wanted that one so they took it to the back & fixed it for me while I waited. I would buy from them again & again.

Wonderful quality jacket! Very very warm, I’m especially pleased with the hood. I bought the Owl , have had many compliments and I may buy another one for my sister.I ordered online, shipping was free, arrived promptly especially considering it was the holiday season. Thanks so much ! Recommended.
