I was picking up a new N20 mask. Jennifer was very efficient and and since I mentioned I was taking my Air Mini on travel soon she immediately printed off a letter for airport securities that this is a medical device. Jennifer also found my initial prescription and printed that for me as well as that may be required too.Jennifer is very welcoming and pleasant to deal with.
