She has a profound effect on making all the members feel at home and ensuring that everything runs well.The boardrooms are not only aesthetically pleasing, but also technologically sophisticated.The offices are modernly furnished and trendy. The lounges, private telephone booths and kitchen are also modernized and provide a peaceful atmosphere.Additionally, the washrooms are high-tech and, most importantly, incredibly clean. Ladies……there is a full-length mirror in our washroom! :)Moving here has significantly improved our working experience, and I am confident to speak on behalf of all the members. It is truly a state-of-the-art office space with every amenity you could imagine. We couldn't be more pleased!

Needed a quiet room with reliable wifi to write an online proctored pharmacy exam..thanks for the village Hive and Monica the manager for providing a great experience with using an office space in your building. The orientation, booking, quality of service and premises were amazing. Definitely won’t be the last time :)

The Village at Duncan Mills is a great place to work. Comfortable, clean, nice kitchen and meeting rooms. Very good location and Monica who manages the office is great! She always has an smile on and is always willing to help.Highly recommended

Loved spending the day here working with my partner! We booked in the evening after-hours for the next morning and were worried no one would see or approve our request to book a private office room on time. But, before I even woke up, I had an email in my inbox from Monica letting us know we are approved to come in and she even upgraded us to a slightly bigger room since there was space and no one renting it.As reviews suggested, Monica was awesome, gave us a tour of the place and made us feel very welcome.Place is clean, nice stocked kitchen with the necessities and coffee/tea/milk/sugar, the rooms were nice. Only thing I would say is for someone who is running multiple one-hour long video calls every day, it would be hard to use the common co-working desk spaces & even phone booth for prolonged period of time so office rooms would be necessary - And those are quite a bit pricier than general coworking desks, which is expected but makes it a less affordable option for folks like myself.Otherwise, I highly recommend this spot and will definitely be back!

We always have meetings at Tuesday and Thursdays at this place. Everyone loves it, big space to have meeting and very modern style of the place. Reception is always kind to you and will help to solve any questions!

I worked off of The Village Hive for almost a year and can’t recommend it enough. It was an excellent experience. Monica is a great community manager while she is a fun and energetic person to be around. Members were very friendly and I often ran into people with the same positive experience of Hive. If you are looking for a quite place to work from and also socialize with friendly people I think The Village Hive is the one you are looking for.

This place is great! I used drop in desk option a few times. Monika who manages the place is kind and friendly. She provides all the information you need. The co working space is mix with private rooms and open space desks. It was quiete enough to focus on my work and I also loved their phone booth that I can jump in for the short online meetings. I will definitely continue to visit this place whenever I need a place to work other than my home office.

This coworking space is fantastic. Monica runs a tight ship to help make you feel welcome, settled in with what you need to do your job, and part of the community. Definitely recommend and looking forward to more visits in the future.

I've worked at many co-working spaces in Canada, the US, and Latin America. The Duncan Mill Hive is great! Love the phone booths - that helps contain the sound of my voice when I need to present to clients. Add in free parking and outdoor picnic tables for breaks during nice weather - kinda perfect.
