If you're there to visit restaurants or buy stuff from T&T , be sure you register license plate number. The parking ticket is a whooping $55 as of Sept 2020.

One of the most confused parking lot in Richmond.This parking lot is busy most of the time. I guess because people park here to shop at T&T Supermarket or dine at Fortune Terrace restaurant.The parking has 3 zones.Green zone: 90 minutes free parking.Grey zone: 180 minutes free parking.Orange zone: Pay parking.If you park at Green or Grey zone, you still need to register your vehicle at one of the pay stations.After you park the car, getting out is confusing too. One of the exist has 2 elevators side by side but I think only one of them can take you to the T&T Supermarket. The elevator can take you to the P1, G and GR floors. The P1 is the parking floor. G takes you to the T&T Supermarket. But I had no idea where GR takes you to. There is no sign to show which floor is the T&T.

went there for a trade show that they have every year. got there 10 minutes before the show opened and got stopped by some staff asking why i was there said for the trade show they said lot if ull go park on the street or somewhere else. even though was told there was a section reserved for the trade show. then walking back see all these other cars going through not getting stopped. then see them parking in the reserved" section"
