Tempo Hardwood Floors
Mark and his crew were just great. Mark always let us know what to expect and patiently walked us through every step of the process. Ben and Jeremy arrived on time and worked incredibly hard. It took three days to complete the job and there was not much mess.We are thrilled with the results; our dark, scratched up floor is totally transformed. Every time we walk by our temporarily barricaded living room, my husband and I marvel at how great it looks. Honestly, it’s better than we even dared to expect.

I have to say that Tempo Hardwood Floors are fabulous! Mark responded to my initial call within moments and gave my an over the phone approx cost. When I got back to him the following week he booked us in by the end of the next week. The crew was was right on time. They did a fantastic job

Tempo Hardwood Floors
I had my upstairs hall refinished by Tempo (Mark) in October, 2020. I live in Kitchener and Mark came to my house to give me a quote after assessing the flooring and addressing my requirements and concerns. I am very pleased with the outcome after the refinishing. Mark and his team were efficient and kept dust to a minimum. He was friendly, on-time and true to his quote. I would not hesitate to have Tempo (Mark) again for any future floor refinishing.

Fantastic!! We hired Mark and his crew to sand and stain our hardwood floors. They are friendly and professional. When they were done, the floors were brand new. He communicated very clearly what he was going to do and finished exactly when he was going to finish. Mark's rate was perfect and well worth the money. I highly recommend Tempo Hardwood Flooring for all your refinishing needs.

Mark did an amazing job re-finishing my original hardwood floors 7 years ago. I recently had some renovations done and needed the stain colour matched on some new wooden transition pieces. Mark dropped by to help match the stain - he also gave me some tips and stain samples free of charge. Very friendly, extremely helpful and great quality work. Would highly recommend!

Mark was professional, accommodating and a pleasure to work with. He returned to our home 2 or 3 times prior to beginning the work to ensure the color of stain was perfect for us. He listened to our concerns about refinishing and gave us honest pros and cons on choosing a finish. Mark was always punctual and worked around our other contractors schedule, making it an easy renovation process. There were no surprise fees in our final bill. We had 3 different companies lined up to quote on the job - so glad we went with Mark and Tempo Hardwood Floors.

Mark, Ben, and team were great to work with! Communication was easy and the floors turned out amazing. They refinished some areas and filled in rooms that previously had vinyl to match the wood seamlessly. They were very knowledgeable and helped me pick out borders that gave the floors a special touch.

We are so pleased with Mark’s work. He and his team did a fantastic job taking out kitchen tile and matching new hardwood to the existing oak hardwood. The colour and finish were exactly as we expected and the work was completed on time.

We were very happy with the way our hardwood floors turned out.2 areas of flooring; 1 area of old oak and 1 area of newer maple...both taken to their original natural colour and then finished with clear waterbased coating.As well as old oak railings removed and the stairs refinished with the same treatment. Everything turned out beautifully! We would highly recommend Mark and his team.
