I am so pleased with Keith solving the mystery of my line! I tried to connect and for some reason , no Google chrome or Safari can go through and it’s so difficult specially we are going for an international trip today. I’m so glad that he was able seamlessly solved the issue. Best customer service I’ve had with Bell, seriously! I wish all the Bell ambassadors are like Keith because I’ve had many issues from other Bell services but this one is by far the BEST, efficient service I’ve had! Thanks Keith of Bell Richmond Centre :)

They just care about their incoming customers. I am glad I changed my provider and left bell, if thats the kind of customer service they offer. The short guy with glasses has a lot of attitude to offer. I was a bell customer and wanted to return my device and i requested his help to transfer the data from old device to new one. This guy asked me to go to my new provider or else he’ll have to charge me $25 for that (which is just selecting options on few screens really, I found out later). I went to my new provider and sought out everything and went back and this guy saw me and turned around, asked his coworker to go out and take in my device. Hence really poor at maintaining customer repo.I wasn’t the one to misbehave or yell at him anyway, I requested a simple thing and they failed at providing for that. Left the store with a bitter taste.

I recently visited the Bell Mobility store in Richmond Centre and I must say, I had an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They were knowledgeable and patient as they helped me navigate through the various options for my phone plan. They took the time to understand my needs and provided me with personalized recommendations that were tailored to my specific requirements.The store itself was clean and well-organized, and I appreciated the fact that they had a wide range of accessories and devices available for purchase. The staff was able to answer all of my questions and concerns, and they made the entire process of upgrading my phone plan hassle-free.Overall, I would highly recommend the Bell Mobility Richmond Centre to anyone in need of a new phone or phone plan. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating, and they truly go above and beyond to ensure that their customers are satisfied. Marco provided exceptional customer service this evening. Our situation was a bit tricky, despite all, he went above and beyond exhausting all possible resources to help us arrive at a resolution. He demonstrated empathy, kindness and was very patient throughout our visit. Alvin (Virgin Kiosk Manager) came to our aid at the Bell store and was also extremely helpful.

Had a complicated problem with my phone contract. Zackary was exceptional and immediately understood the complex situation. He patiently dealt with the situation with the service team and advocated so we weren't double charged for changes made to the account. Would highly recommend.
