Just want to start off with a huge thank you to Adam the Founder and CEO of Dad's printing. He was a huge help and very friendly to work with. Overall I was very impressed and loved the quality of the prints. They Came perfectly packaged and ready to press. The service was most excellent with all staff keeping us updated on the project. I will be definitely putting in another order soon. Highly recommend them if you looking to support a local business with prints like the American company Supacolor"."

First of all wish there was something lower than a one-star review.First and foremost they charged our credit card before the delivery of the full order without our permission.They delivered 115 misprinted units, not in the format specified but yet charged for the more expensive format.We were given the run around of who to contact about this. Adam has not taken responsibility or offered any reasonable resolutionAlso, we have been since advised that Dad's Printing has outsourced our production to a third party in the past.

Dad's Printing was quick to respond and get the job going. They did a great job on out logo t-shirts and even came in person to follow up!Great product and service, will be placing in another order soon!

EDIT- After posting this, all communication has ended and I have been unable to get a response from anyone. I cannot stress enough how much I DO NOT recommend working with this insanely unprofessional company!!Extremely disappointed with this company. Ordered a sweater and paid extra for shipping as I was told it would come before Christmas. Was told it was shipped but with no tracking number?? Now on January 27th - it still has not come. I have been asking for about 3 weeks to get a refund and promise after promise from them have still not received it. Super big scam. 100% do NOT recommend purchasing anything from Dads Printing, you will not get your order and will not get your money back!

I was very very impressed with Dad's printing. They did both ~30 volunteer T-shirts and then with a week's notice were able to do 250 vacuum tumblers as we got last-minute sponsorship for our event. They (Adam and his staff) rushed around to find enough of a single type that fit my criteria, help finalise our design. They were always very prompt and friendly and iterated with us a lot to make sure we had exactly what we wanted. About 1/2 the conference attendees used their mugs daily for their coffee breaks and we got lots of positive comments about the shirts and mugs. I'll be wearing my volunteer T-shirt over and over.The quality of the tumblers was really good and the T-shirts are very good quality too. Will definitely be using them again! Wish I'd taken a photo of the stack of 250 tumblers.

They forgot to include a layer in the print on one of our sizes in our print job (all Smalls) creating a bizarre looking image in comparison to all the participants who received soft goods with all the layers. Photos/examples were sent multiple times to this company along with request for replacing the smalls. No replies. I'll end up refunding money to the people who purchased this size as we have integrity for our brand image & customers, something this company clearly lacks under current leadership.

We've worked with Dad's several times now. Always had great quality and customer service. Adam the CEO is very friendly and helpful when filling out an order. His team also kindly keep in touch during the process. Prints are done in a timely manner too. About a week and a half for our latest order. Their front door may be hard to find but don't let that scare you away. If you are looking for a reliable source for printing, I would certainly recommend these guys.

I ordered 80 sublimated jerseys for a school team in Calgary AB - they turned out great. Dad's turned around and delivered our order on time even though we had a pretty tight window. They did a great job of communicating with me on status and handled a design adjustment proactively and accurately. Some of the sizes fit large - I especially recommend for S & M jerseys, to check sizing as we would have gone down a size or two for those. Overall we are really happy with the jerseys and we will order from them again based on this experience.

My favourite printing company around!Great variety of what they can print for promotional and merchandise lines.Dad’s can handle screen printing shirts to sublimation of socks. Great for any business needing custom work done and creating unique items!Keep in mind they are a growing business and upping their game each month, so I enjoy working with them early and seeing quality work improving each time with better turn around on my orders! I’ve never had any issues and if so on larger orders we get it corrected. Value is there compared due to this, and I’m to be on board as a customer supporting another small business!
