Purolator

Just had a delivery women come in with our package and complain that the scents in our store cause migraines in front of a customer. Not impressed it is her job to deliver our packages and not complain especially in front of customers.

I have had a package out for delivery for two days with this sad sad excuse for a delivery company . They told amazon that it was because of bad weather . But since my package has been out for delivery with purolator i have receved 2 pacages from other much better delivery companies . Pretty sad if you ask me . I will request another shipper everytime i order from now on. what a genuine joke purolator has become !

Delivery person left “We’re sorry we miss you” at 1:40pm when I was home all day waiting, no doorbell, no knock on the door, now I have to go at the location and pick up my package. Thanks delivery person for the inconvenience

Absolutely amazing service. Gurjeet took my mess of an order, helped me divide it up and have it shipped out with no hiccups at all. I am forever grateful! Thank you!

Terrible service. When you get a good driver it is awesome. Then you get guys who don't stop, say can't make it to the door, incorrect address, list goes on and on. I am disabled and need to have someone grab the stuff for me. Especially when they load it up against door and I can even open the door then. At least they haven't left the stuff at the edge of property anymore. Where are their standards? Forgot to add they never knock. If you catch them outside won't even say Hi back.

Absolutely terrible service. I scheduled a pickup for tuesday for my package but no one showed up. It was important package and I needed to send it as soon as possible but when I called on wednesday I was told that driver said I wasn't home which was an absolute lie as I had an off on tuesday and I was home all day waiting for the pickup. In the end I had to go myself to the purolator office and hand in my package, inspite of paying for the pickup. Unless I have no other options I would never use purolator again. Worst service ever.

This company earned this one star. Failed to follow the instructions of the shipper, causing the recepient to go through a lot of hassle. Instructed the recipient to come pick up the package after a failed delivery attempt, but then would not allow the recipient to pick it up, saying it was somewhere in the warehouse and could not be retrieved. Then told receipient the package would be redelivered on a day the recipient said he needed to be at work. Recipient was told that is just how it is. Recipient then changed work schedule to be available for the delivery, but Purolator did not deliver the package as they said they would, now saying the package is too heavy (despite them already making a delivery attempt days prior). Purolator now said they would need to contact the recipient for delivery by appointment. Recipient then called Purolator and they said they will not make an appointment as they do not do this (despite tracking information saying an appointment was now needed). Puralotr said the best they can do is send a text message sometime in the morning on the day the package is to be delivered; however, Purolator would not say the actual day the delivery would take place. When recipient asked to hold the package for pickup, Purolator said they cannot do that because in their system it said it was already in the process of being delivered. When recipient asked to be called the day before so he could make arrangements to be home, Purolator said they are unable to do that. Instructions from shipper at the beginning was to deliver to door and if recipient not home, to leave on doorstep - Purolator made an error by not indicating in their system that no signature was required. A lot of hassle; a lot of mistakes. All in all, just an awful experience. Ship with a different company.

***Edit*** Customer service has renewed my faith. I talked to a lady today that was amazing. She did not brush me off and was prepared to help me find a solution and we did!! Not sure why live chat couldn’t have been the same help the day before. She was sweet and understanding and was willing to help! I wish I got her name. She made my whole day!This is my live chat experience. I can’t find a number to call. I don’t want to call the 1-888 number. I had a package that was supposed to be delivered to Wilcox, 30 min outside of Regina, no signature required with a note to leave it on the step and a notice was left instead. No way into Regina and no one to call and talk to. Can someone let me know how to find someone?? I’m being told by live chat if they miss the redelivery that it will be sent back to the sender. So frustrating

This courier company has a very interesting business model. For every shipment I received so far via them (unfortunately) over the past 10 years , the tracking on the site said, attempted delivery

Well I've been getting packages for over 20 years... they were superb before, went downhill for a while but they're getting back on track! They may have changed things up for how many attempts they try and how they deliver now ... so i only got one notice that i missed a package while i was home and had to drive down to Purolator to retrieve it ... but the service while i was there was incredibly fast and efficient!
