Was referred to Concept from some people in Bradford. From the first time meeting Fernando (the owner) the picking up my car it was a pleasure. I took my Audi in to get body work done from an accident..My car looks better now, than it did before the accident. My car was detailed and scratches that used to be on my car were gone completely. If you want the job done right and fast, this place will not only do that for you , but they will go above and beyond for their customers. Really impressed.

Picked up my car today and if there were 10 stars I would give this company and owner just that.I appreciate and liked how they explained how they were going to fix the dent and scratch and the owner took the time to explain all that to me and the result was out of this world.
