Lanna was very helpful! She greeted us, let us peacefully browse, and was available when we had questions. We came in looking for a standing lamp, and ended up happily getting a couple extra pieces of furniture! We managed to stay under our budget. We’ll definitely be back!

I can't speak for all the staff in the building but the man we dealt with today was painful and we ended up buying from city furniture after TWO visits to this location first.He wasn't very knowledgable, kept trying to upsell but did NOTHING in the way of getting to know his client to be able to properly upsell and kept giving wrong information which made the situation very confusing and we left frustrated.. literally 10 mins in city furniture and we had our new appliance!Won't ship at the brick again!

Had an amazing experience with Heena Angral, she worked very hard to get us an excellent deal for our mattress and couch. We will absolutely be coming back to purchase from her again! Very satisfied.

Went into the Brick today to check out a few household items for my new place. I was restricted with a budget. Heena Angral showed me quite a few options and showed me a matching sofa and chair that exceeded my expectations for a price that fit in my budget. Awesome and extremely helpful sales lady. I will be back to find a bed, mattress set and a TV stand!

First I didn't know the Brick doesn't assemble fabric beds, I found this out at delivery. The products were damaged and I was given no solutions after 28 days of email communications so I went in person. The manager was rude and kept cutting me off while I was explaining. I simply asked her if everything was okay and that I'm confused. This is a good trick as sales people will try to get you upset so they can refuse to provide service . She said she had a lot on her plate and was really busy so I asked her if I should come back later, she said no and helped me process my return. I had originally paid for delivery yet they charged me again for pick up. Apparently pick up of damaged products is free only if you are exchanging it for another and not if you are just returning.I reached out to an online representative who told me that the store manager went above and beyond to process my return. I was given store credit over a product I haven't used and charged delivery.Anyway, I got a steadier, more appealing fabric bed with storage from another place that was delivered and assembled within 2 days.Note: read the fine print.

Best service I've had in a long time! Prices on furniture beyond my belief and sales rep was very helpful with getting a great deal!
