Hands down the best groomer my dogs have ever been to.We’ve had our first little guy Charlie for about 4 years now. There have been many visits to the groomers and every time Charlie would be more and more upset. He’s got curly Bichon fur so it’s extremely hard keep his fur tangle free. He’s had so many bad experiences with groomers that he’s started to become really anxious and irritated every time he saw them. We honestly were starting to worry that places wouldn’t take him anymore because of how he acted with them. That’s when we found this place and it has changed Charlie’s life for the better. Bronwen has taken the time to build trust with Charlie. I have never seen anyone take the time to really get to know Charlie and have the patience to take it slow with him. It’s amazing to see how happy Charlie is now when we drop him off with Bronwen. Charlie walks in with her knowing that he’s going to be pampered. Knowing that we have found a great groomer gives us peace of mind that our second pup Link will never have to experience what Charlie has at other places. We are so grateful for Bronwen and all she does for both Link and Charlie.

I have been looking for a perfect groomer for my dog, and I couldn't find asuitable groomer, but her great professional job was amazing that no one have ever did before as a groomer for my dog! My dog's breed is cockapoo and I haven't saw any cockapoo's with well done grooming, but her job was excellent I am so greatful. I highly recommend for people who is looking for the professional groomer. Thank you very much.
