One Employee (from outside the area) usually gets it right. Maybe it is just bad luck that notice cards don't get made, or packages disappear and then are shown as picked up on days before I even get there when that employee is not there. If you go in and inquire about a package that the shipper notice shows as ready for pick up, but Canada Post didn't email you a notice, well it seems the attitude is too bad, the onus is on the customer to phone Canada Post to get an email printout for a pickup. If the vendor receives a notice from Canada Post, then why is a notice is not produced for the customer by Canada Post ?
