Poorly ran and managed transportation service with rude, uninformed and cranky drivers (most won't even stop for you) dirty buses, they also let on bags of leaking bottles, unruly kids in strollers that throw food, make a mess and stinky, drunk, loud, incontinent, unhygienic people who wet the seats. Believe what you want but they don't have any cleaners. Also they don't enforce the no scent, scent free policy either and never open the windows and have poor ventilation oh did I also mention that they let the unvaccinated ride on as well so the smell most days is a mixture of old socks, doritos, yeast, alcohol(and not from the free hand sanitizer either) and other" things covered up by overpowering perfume

NEVER ON TIME. These drivers do not know how to follow a set schedule. Late to work/missed shifts far too many times.

THERE'S A BLONDE GIRL WHO'S BEEN DOING ROUTE 20. today she yelled at me and accused me of not putting the bus fair in when I actually did. So, I told her to f off, and she got mad and told me she'd kick me off the bus. So, bus drivers seem to be real Penny pinchers and I recommend getting ur own car. God I wish I had one. how do you put in complaints about specific bus drivers? I put in 2.75 and she kept on saying no you didn't""

#3 bus. Mcdonald street . No bus schedules. Suppose to run every 15 minutes. Waited in -28 for 8:45 bus to find it only comes by 9am. Missed appointment. Worst bus service by far. If i could rate 0 i would.

Five months of using the bus as my main form of transportation. Nothing but helpful, friendly drivers! Thank you so much. Not sure how you have such a consistently wonderful team but I’m very appreciative.

Saint John City Transit drivers MUST obey the rules set forth under the Motor Vehicle Act - My observations thus far indicate they are not. I have posted video footage clearly showing the various traffic violations and I would hope that the Saint John Police Force applies the same standards to transit drivers as it does towards citizens. Too many times I have witnessed stop signs ignored completely, speeding, improper use of signal lights or none at all, abnormally wide turns causing near collisions. One winter I witness a transit driver enter the intersection at Fundy Heights Convenience Store, make a turn without stopping at the 4-way STOP, and a black ford ranger was forced to drive up onto the side walk to avoid a collision all due to the fault of the transit driver. We have had a transit driver who was cited for drinking and driving on the job. I have also heard reports on the police scanner over the last year [2016/ 2017] of a driver who appeared intoxicated returning to the garage over east saint john and the police were dispatched; result unknown. It should be noted there is a bar within feet of the transit garage known as Bleachers Bar. Another chronic area of concern is the intersection when you drive to the top of Bleury st and Sand Cove Rd. This area is notorious for drivers not adhering to those three stop signs. In one example I was travelling up Bleury and turning left onto Sand Cove when a Saint John City Transit bus busted the stop sign and made his wide radius turn when I had the right of way. They run stop signs, they do 90-100 across the causeway, they force drivers of smaller vehicles to drive defensively, they do not signal properly, and this gives a very poor representation of transit. The city is even attempting to use Federal funds according to a CBC report for transit improvements via the 'small communities fund' - in addition to municipal taxes. I believe we do need a transit system no doubt but if these drivers cannot follow simple rules of the road then it needs to be addressed...do you hear what I am saying Mr. Jeff McAloon et al. I had a discussion with Don Darling the other day and I believe there is hope for this city to improve and up its game. Lets start from the ground up and one item we could improve on is a plan for excellence regarding transit driving behaviour. Don't worry, I held Irving and Baxter accountable when one of their trucks nearly put me off the road in the winter with video evidence I might add...so its not only transit but this post is specifically addressing city transit and that your drivers are not driving according to the Motor Vehicle Act as it currently exists. Train and Coach your drivers or the next time I witness this behaviour it will be a postage letter and CD mailed to Peel Plaza for review. Thank you for your cooperation. - Regards, Good Citizen

Bus driver was openly talking badly about a passenger to another passenger , super unprofessional and passive aggressive

The Saint John Transit drivers are great, and they go out of their way to help you out. I have not met a driver who wasn't willing to help someone, or to cooperate in the recovery of a lost item. They put up with a lot, and always seem to keep their cool.

One of your lady bus driver does not have manners to speak. She speak very rude and do criticism.i think she is racist and have issues with people who are not Canadian.
