I had a water leak in my ceiling. After fixing the leak, I needed the stipple ceiling repaired. They showed up on time and finished in one day. Good work, invoice matched estimate.

I had water damage twice within a month and had Restoration 1 perform the remediation services both times. The remediation needed to be done in a short period of time and Restoration 1 made sure the repairs were done before that. They are very professional and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend.

In early June we had water enter our home from through a wall where the deck was mounted on our walkout. Andre and team came to assess the situation and were prompt in using imaging tech to determine the extent of the problem. Insulation, drywall, trim were quickly removed and drying equipment was installed. Andre carried out a search for water sources and was able to provide ideas for contractors to follow. The basement floor furniture was covered, and preservation of undamaged areas were protected. In August, once major home repairs were done, Gustavo and Alex arrived to do the restoration. Their work was nothing short of excellent. The wall was rebuilt with insulation, vapor barrier, drywall, expertly mudded and painted in just two days. The ceiling was also repainted and looks great. All in all, one will find the staff at Restoration 1 Calgary excellent in skills, great attitudes and effort. My wife and I wish to thank Restoration 1 staff for their work. We would recommend contacting them should you have a water crisis or something similar happen to your home. They were invaluable at both ends of a major problem we had and we truly appreciate their work.

The response was incredible to my cry for help; the Project Manager and guys working with him were very professional; knowledgeable; courteous and my anxiety level was reduced considerably! Restoration 1 is by far the very best company to contact in an emergency and I would recommend them with enthusiasm.

Communication is excellent and prompt. I was out of the country and the crew kept me updated throughout the process. Even after the work was done they were quick to respond to any questions and touch-ups (there werent many). Most of all, they worked with my insurance provider smoothly, to a point where i had limited involvement. Thank you for everything. Highly recommended.

On Jan 20/2022. at 10pm we had water swore flued in our basement. So we called Rainbow Int'l of Calgary at that time. in half an hour after the call they show up and they did what had to done at that time tell 3am. The next marring they came back at 9am to finish up the jab. the best time I ever seen, on time, team work and very trust withy . one week after the 20/6/2022, the flued came back again. we called and they sent two units to my home as fast as the rocket to help me and my familyThank to all Rainbow int'l Calgary teem from the manger Mr. Davide, Malisa and all the teem.

My husband and I were very happy with the quality of service that Restoration 1 Calgary provided. From the time I had called to book an appointment, to when Andre and his team came to our house, Restoration 1 had made the process very seamless and stress-free. Andre provided very insightful and professional advice for us, and we felt that we learned a lot from him. I would highly recommend Restoration 1 to anyone who requires water damage restoration.

I called David and his team to help with remediation and repair of a flooded rental property. David was extremely helpful in walking me through the insurance claim process, including suggestions for a plumber to come and assess the damage so that all the necessary information is provided to make the insurance claim process as smooth as possible. David was prompt in sending out a crew to begin the remediation, and his communication of the scheduled timing was always accurate. Restoration 1's crews worked quickly and respectfully and even finished the job early by staying late. I am extremely pleased with the exceptional customer service, reasonable pricing, and most importantly, getting the rental property back to normal as soon as possible. I would definitely recommend Restoration 1 to others.

Flooding in our upstairs bathroom seeped into the walls and ceilings of the two floors below. Restoration 1 came within 2 hours of our call and repaired ceilings and walls and carpets quickly and efficiently with no mess.The work was done within 4 days and everything was like new.I recommend Restoration 1 for fast, efficient, affordable repairs.

I had a pipe burst in the office above mine, so I contacted Rainbow Restoration. They got to my office within the hour. The elevator was down due to the water and they brought their equipment up 15 floors to get the job done... I would definitely use them again.
