The service is wonderful and very helpful. However, the blonde receptionist is extremely rude.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE, THEY ARE TERRIBLE - They are undertrained and not willing to do what it takes to learn more about your child's situation or about newer disorders and it is their job! The pathologist I was given diagnosed my daughter on the first appointment after only knowing her for maybe an hour, they need more time then that! And when I brought up what I actually think is wrong with her, and tried to work out a plan and get her to help me out and do more research, she was not willing and said it is beyond her level of expertise! That is not a good pathologist, it is their job to do what it takes to get your kids to talk and be willing to work with you, and they don't, they are strictly there to make money and pretend to help!
