My wife and I had an awesome experience visiting the Legge Fitness Superstore for the first time this past week (and it won't be our last visit, for sure!). We purchased a recumbent bike and are now considering a massage chair as our next step forward in health and fitness.During our visit Priscilla, Lois and Stephen were tremendously helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. They spent a great deal of time with us so that they could understand our health and fitness goals, objectives and challenges. After first obtaining that understanding they then took all the time we needed to help us understand the various solutions that would be helpful for us and the options for the equipment we were interested in. They gave us the opportunity to try out the equipment, and showed us how to get maximum benefit from it, and they provided really helpful advice and encouragement throughout our visit - all with absolutely no pressure to buy anything but, instead, with simply a genuine desire to help us move forward in our fitness and health in a sustainable manner. it was just a tremendous experience and so worth the pleasant drive to Listowel from Guelph (there is a store in Fergus too). It's also a great source of satisfaction to have a such an awesome local store, and its staff, that both sells and fully stands behind high quality equipment for health and fitness. Legge is truly a treasure in south western Ontario! Visit their website if you can't get there in person.I encourage everyone to visit one of their stores (Listowel or Guelph) and experience the type of service, commitment to customers, and excellent quality and fully supported products that my friends had told me they too encountered in their repeated visits and which had caused them to recommend Legge to us.And please get a copy of Philip Legge's book Fitness and Health for the Whole Person". It's so educational and inspiring - a must read. You can get a copy at either store - you will be glad you did - it's life changing."

Never thought I'd write a review online but this is one business that deserves more praise. The Legge family has been nothing but outstanding, as is the treadmill we purchased. Too many small town businesses here have lost their drive for customer service and assistance with their small town mentality. Not the Legge family! They took great care with delivering the treadmill, setting it up and explaining all its functions. They've followed up with us on updates for the treadmill's console and a friendly check-in for any questions or concerns we may have had over the past 6 months. 5 stars all the way! Great selection of work out gear. I've recently purchased a bunch of plates, dumbbells and Assault bike for at home use. Family run, they go over and beyond to meet your needs. I would definitely go back.

The staff is amazing...knowledgable,friendly,polite,professional, and really appreciate your business. It was so refreshing in a world these days where staff and client care is just not what it once was. I would highly recommend this business to anyone. I know they will receive mine again in the future.

Top notch service and great price, a rarity these days. Best price for the Teeter Dex II even after I paid over a hundred dollars for shipping to Ottawa and they even include a self-published fitness guide that is spiral bound and half an inch thick. If I ever want to expand my set of equipments I know where to look first.

The Legge family is professional and knowledgeable about health and well-being. My son Desi and I had a great experience purchasing a treadmill and XFT Weight training unit from their location in Fergus. Trustworthy and helpful support during our assembly phase was appreciated by us. We will refer and return for additional equipment in the future. Worth the 1.5 hour trip! Thank you Legge Family!

I recently visited the Fergus location where I purchased my Teeder EP-970 Inversion Table and met Lois & Stephen who were both very knowledgeable on their products and my injury. They were right away able to identify and demonstrate a product that would ultimately be life changing. From someone with very chronic back pain and a fitness background I can assure you these folks are friendly, courteous, very knowledgeable and have excellent products at a fair price!!Very happy with the service and the product!Thankyou again!!
