Bolton Foot & Orthotic Clinic

I was extremely pleased with the treatment and attention I received at the Bolton Foot and Orthotic Clinic. The podiatrist, Thao Tran, explained the root cause of my foot problem very well and even recommended exercises to help alleviate the pain which I really appreciated because it’s proactive. Several indoor and outdoor shoes were recommended as well and a cream for cracked heels. The receptionist was very helpful, too, which added to my overall experience of the visit. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking to buy orthotics or get advice for any kind of foot problem.

Honestly speaking! Cynthia is amazing, kind, knowledgeable and professional. I’m glad I found her I initially came to her in regards to an assumption of a toe nail fungus but turned out it was not due to that. I was terrified thinking I might a fungus issue but she diagnosed it correctly and provided such good care of my corns and provided comfortable orthotics. Due to her amazing empathetic care I have brought my son over under her care and have recommended her to everyone I know. She deserves way more than 5 stars.

Cynthia is amazing: professional, kind, informative, gentle, and engaging. She loves helping ppl as i do and i will be sure to refer anyone in my family and friends to her. We forgot to take before and after pix of my soles but let me just say this - the improvement was 99% just with first treatment. Followup is in 6 weeks.

Dr Garzon was so personable and easy to talk to. Took great care of my foot needs. She also took the whole appt time tending to my issues and was very thorough while making me feel comfortable and relaxed the whole time. Great experience :)

I can not express how great this place is. The secretary and Dr. Thao were so supportive. I was so nervous going in, but Dr. Thao was GREAT with me. She calmed me down, and she was so gentle with my ingrown toe nail that was causing me soooo much pain. My toe was in so much pain that I convinced myself that nobody would be able to touch it. Well I was wrong! I barely felt Dr. Thao remove the ingrown nail. I WOULD recommend this clinic to everyone.Sandra C

Cynthia’s professionalism, kindness and genuine concern keep me coming back to see her. I have seen a few chiropodists over the years and no one compares.She always explains the diagnosis and treatment, while including her patients in every step. It is also apparent that she takes infection control very seriously.I didn’t have a need to see her for a while and you would have never known that it had been years… she remembered my pets, projects I was involved with etc…Simply put, she cares a great deal for her patients and their health.It doesn’t stop there… I also found everyone else I encountered in her office helpful and friendly.Highly recommend the Bolton Foot & Orthotic Clinic.
