They fixed my girlfriend’s bike that makes noise when she use the break. So they replaced the break pad. The bike still made the sound when she tried again. We brought it back to the shop. But the staff said they can’t do anything about it. She paid for nothing.

J’ai acheté un gravel récemment, et l’expérience a été parfaite ! Sans hésitation mon nouveau shop vélo de référence.Les deux gérants sont au top : super accueillants, passionnés, patients et ont les petits gestes commerciaux qui font toute la différence. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

I walked in to browse for an indoor bike trainer. The gentleman who served me was friendly, informative and there was no sales pressure! He provided suggestions for long-term savings.The shop is spacious and there are products to suit every budget!!!!

Service impeccable !! Les gars qui m'ont aides (c'etait le vendredi) sont super sympathiques et ils te donnent l'heure juste sur les reparations a faire prioritaire et ce qui peut attendre. Ils m'ont changes ma roue arriere (qui etait usee a l'os) sur le coup ! Ma nouvelle boutique velo coup de coeur !!

Service attentionné et rapide. C'était la meilleure expérience que j'ai eue à faire réparer mon vélo de 10 ans. Je recommande absolument de faire affaire avec eux.

Already had two experiences with them over charging. Got a flat tire and was told by employee they will patch it and would be around $15; came back an hour later for another employee (looks like the manager) to charge me $28 since they don't patch tubes" because according to them
