Unfortunately this builder, once the sale has been confirmed , has a contract with the clause that closing date can change due to unforeseen circumstances. Once signed they forget about you and the move in date is delayed by many months. At this point closing has been delayed by Four months thus far. Appears to be once they have the deposit and signed contact you are stuck.

Buyer beware. Dishonest, disorganized, all over the place. Overpromise and undeliver. Greedy- Focused on selling as much as possible and then have you at their mercy once you sign contract. Consistently late with closing - by many months. Many reviews listed below are from friends, family and service providers - example: the owner’s other family business Snow & Mo.
