I wish there was more body shops like this, they were very helpful, great customer service, got my truck in right away and did a great job. The guy even stayed 30 mins late on a Friday before a long weekend to wash my truck and wait for me to pick it up.

Great service. They were busy but on the initial contact were able to look at the truck so I could continue to my destination. We scheduled an appointment. Josh has awesome people handling skills and time management skills. Of course everyone that is travelling and has a vehicle situation is frustrated. Josh was very professional. Josh Martin and Eagle Automotive and everyone in that shop are the kind of people you pray to meet if you have vehicle trouble while traveling. They are the best in town and the town knows it. They will not and cannot, do you wrong. They will not lead you on. They are clear and concise. I left, and I watch other travelers leave, overwhelmed and almost in disbelief at how positive the feeling of the experience was.

We dealt with Daniel and he was fantastic from the first phone call I made. My bf hit a deer just outside Burns Lake and they were able to get him a courtesy car so he could continue on to pick up our daughter. He kept in touch with us and when I called for any information or needed anything they were always helpful and were able to get things done right away. On top of great customer service the repairs made my vehicle look good as new!

Great customer service! They showed up to replace my blown fan belt. Very reasonable cost for a service call. I will be recommending Eagle Automotive to everyone. Thanks again.

Have been a long time customer here(10+ years). They have serviced a number of different vehicles I've owned. They have always proven themselves to be very honest, affordable, and truly care that the work is done correctly. Would highly recommend this shop to anyone seeking mechanical work on their vehicle.

Limped into Burns Lake today in a 2002 Ford Escape. On the recommendation of a local, called Eagle Automotive and spoke with service manager Josh Martin. He gave us directions to the shop and when we arrived, stopped what he was doing, ran a diagnostic on the vehicle, told us the nature of problem, and gave us a few options to address it. Josh was courteous, professional, and very, very helpful. He spent close to 30 minutes with us then refused an offer for payment. It's rare to encounter such exemplary service these days, but so heartwarming when happens. Our thanks to Eagle Automotive, and especially to Josh.

Front desk service from Josh was above par. However, my car was in the shop for a BMW muffler clamp. This said clamp was supposed to be shipped from the mainland. 1 month later, it's supposed to be in this week. Northern B.C. may be off the map but I shouldn't be the one reminding the shop that this new customer is still waiting for something that needs to be done under warranty. Perhaps a new review will be submitted once the repair is actually done at a reasonable price.Every single member of Eagle automotive center from the ownership down took my last review and made it right 100% I in fact needed to take my car in for a different issue and was treated like a old friend. They made my experience within the Burns Lake community that more special. Greatest thanks to them and I will miss you.
