Time Limo can be amazing, but also frustrating. We used them to go to the Rocky Mountaineer and for the pickup (from our house to the station) they were on time and great.But on the pickup from the station to the house, when making the reservation I gave a window of when we should be back, but that they shouldn’t go until I call them, 2 hours before arrival. This is because the Rocky Mountaineer train schedule is not set in stone. As expected, when our train was delayed in an area with no cell reception, Time Limo decided that they would go to the station. Once I got reception a few hours later, and advised I was 2 hours away, they said they already had been to the station and at best, they could pick us up in 5 hours. So I had asked for a partial refund which they wouldn’t agree to.So when they are good they are good, but if you need flexibility or provide instructions don’t expect them to be 100% followed or easy to work with on a refund.

Booked last minute, driver arrived on time in professional attire. Very smooth ride I look forward to booking with Time Limousine service again!!

I will absolutely use Time Limousine in the future. The service we had was incomparable to any other.We are a young family with two kids under 4 years old. We had scheduled a airport pickup and due to multiple flight delays, our flight landed much later then originally planned. The driver, Mo, was there waiting at 2am and got us home safely during a snowstorm.We will be using and recommending Time for all future hired car services.

We used this service for the airport. Driver was on time and very helpful. Unfortunately something went wrong with his GPS and we ended up downtown. Once this was figured out he hit the gas and got us to the airport and on time. He was really good and accidents do happen. Whatever wonky GPS thing happened it all worked out in the end.

Last Saturday iI booked last min limo service with Time Limousine service. Chauffeur arrived on time I am happy they were able accommodate my last min reservation during the busies Saturday night.Will use them again

We reserved a fancy white SUV limo that seats 20 for 18 grads for prom back in April. We specifically said no party bus. We confirmed by phone and email. We were forced to pay for 2 chaperones. Lastnight, the grads were picked up in a black city bus that had Limo written on it and no chaperones. They had to wait 10 minutes for chaperones to arrive. What they thought was going to be a magical experience was not what they got.Update: I got a response from my email the next day and they felt bad about the miscommunication. They have offered to make it right. I will update my review once a resolution has been made.Update to response. I made it clear we wanted the SUV limo. When making my reservation I did not mention party bus. I saw that the confirmation listed the party bus and responded very clearly by email that we wanted the SUV limo. I also phoned and was told the Party Bus would be better but said we preferred the limo. They somehow lost all phone recordings of me specifying the limo and and they completely ignored my email request. I do take some responsibility for not including photos and following up a third time. All limo companies have party buses. This was the only company that had an suv limo that could fit 18 grads. Too bad they never got to see it.

We availed of the service to take us from our home to the airport. The roads were treacherous that day because of the snow the previous days. The driver arrived early and patiently waited for us. He was very courteous and professional. The vehicle was very clean. The driver was very careful and the trip was uneventful. Overall, an excellent service. We would definitely keep this service in mind the next time around.

I have been using Time Limo for the past year for airport transfers. Their vehicles are impeccable. The staff are so professional starting from the reception to the drivers. The drivers have been prompt and courteous. They have driven me during the snowstorm, I felt very safe & protected. There is no other company, I would trust. I highly recommend Time Limo to anyone looking for a transportation company.

I wanted to let you know that our driver Satwinder Atwal, was absolutely amazing. He was very patient with us on Sunday for the pick up at YVR, due to an hour delay getting luggage from the airline. He also was very understanding when my granddaughter got car sick.Then on Friday, he was right on time and just as pleasant as he was on Sunday.
